Matthew has worked as a strategy consultant in health and life sciences for over 15 years.  His work spans all areas of Research & Development and he is a recognised thought leader in Medical Affairs and Patient Centricity. He has also worked extensively on strategic initiatives and operating models across Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory, and Quality and Compliance.

Matthew most recently served on the Board of Kinapse Ltd (now part of Syneos Health) where he spent most of his consulting career and led the Advisory business.

​

Previously Matthew enjoyed several years as a Veterinary Surgeon in mixed practices before spending time in biotech. He also has an MBA from Henley Business School.

   

Matthew lives near London but has previously lived in France, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
