Lucy has worked as a Strategy Consultant to Pharmaceutical companies for over three years, and has experience delivering projects both cross-functionally, and within Medical Affairs, Development and Regulatory. Recently, Lucy has been working on the design and implementation an integrated evidence generation planning process with a mid-size pharma company. Lucy previously worked in the R&D Advisory Consulting group at Syneos Health (legacy Kinapse Ltd). Lucy read Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, where she specialised in Immunology and Virology. 

Lucy is originally from Cardiff and is a life-long Cardiff City FC fan. She now lives in London, where she enjoys exploring all the Musicals the West End has to offer.
