Jean is a recognised industry expert with extensive experience in Compliance, Business Process, Information Management and Third-Party management within global pharmaceutical companies. She is a champion of practical SOPs and has hands-on experience of setting up and running quality management systems, including oversight and governance frameworks in both large and small biopharmaceutical companies.

Jean previously held leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry before serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Kinapse Ltd (now part of Syneos Health) for 5 years. She is currently the owner of Step-In Management Ltd, consulting to the pharmaceutical sector on Quality & Compliance.
