Dave is an accomplished global pharmaceutical executive and advisor with over 25 years of experience. He advises pharmaceutical executives on pricing, reimbursement and access strategies and operations. From 2010 to 2017, he was Senior Vice President of Global Market Access at Biogen and held responsibility for the global pricing and reimbursement of Biogen’s product portfolio. He previously held roles at Elan and GlaxoSmithKline in market access and health economics/outcomes research. He previously served on the boards of directors of Elan Pharma Ltd. and the National Pharmaceutical Council, was vice-chair of PhRMA’s Health Outcomes Committee, and was Chair of the Board of Grants for the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education.
David holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa and a PhD in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
