Opportunity: Consulting Analyst (graduate role)

Synetic are looking for talented and motivated graduates with a background in Life Sciences to join our rapidly growing team. You will be joining a diverse global team in a dynamic company with an exciting growth plan.

In the graduate role, you can expect to:
​

Provide support to most aspects of the project life-cycle such as planning, delivery, governance, reporting, and financial management

Acquire accurate data and perform focused analysis
-
Develop a broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and of the pharmaceutical industry through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
-
Work in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, and workshops with clients, management teams and other stakeholders
-
Contribute to Synetic initiatives and writing of white papers, articles and other types of thought capital

Contribute to proposals, bid and pitch materials

Participate in the development of the firm’s set of tools and methodologies
What we're looking for:

Strong record of academic achievement with a relevant degree(s) in a Life Sciences subject

Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
-
Enthusiasm, proactivity and willingness to get “stuck-in” in a dynamic start-up culture

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across the company to accomplish team goals

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations and report writing

Knowledge or experience of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques are desirable
